One Million People Required For A Lawful Rebellion

Below is a video of a speech from Roger Hayes of the British Constitution Group. Again I have to thank Captain Ranty for bringing this to my attention.

In the video Roger explains the idea behind the BCG which is 'Lawful Rebellion' as is our right under Magna Carta. He explains what 'Lawful Rebellion' actually is and gives many reasons why he thinks it's justified in the present, sorry, circumstances. I happen to agree with him which is why I'm a member of the BCG.

The plan is to garner the support of one million people. Once that number is reached the intent is to create 'self sufficient communities' who will develop their own system of banking and funding. In addition those communities can block the actions of the courts and baliffs *lawfully* in any attempt to act against us personally or against our property. This will inevitably involve the refusal to pay taxes to the current 'regime'. Sheriffs can be nominated to take responsibility for those in these new communities who break our (common) laws.

The Fictitious Legal Entity Called A 'Person"

The quote below is attributed to Col. Edward House, a Rothschild agent and adviser to American President Woodrow Wilson. It's taken from an essay written by Paul Verge and posted on Henry Makow's site. Although written from an American perspective the system described was adapted from the existing one already (and still) operating in Britain. For me it's not only an insight into that system but also into the hearts and minds of the 'people' who devised, operated and benefitted from it.


"[Very] soon, every American will be required to register their biological property in a National system designed to keep track of the people and that will operate under the ancient system of pledging.

By such methodology, we can compel people to submit to our agenda, which will affect our security as a chargeback for our fiat paper currency.  Every American will be forced to register or suffer not being able to work and earn a living. 


They will be our chattel, and we will hold the security interest over them forever, by operation of the law merchant under the scheme of secured transactions.  Americans, by unknowingly or unwittingly delivering the bills of lading to us will be rendered bankrupt and insolvent, forever to remain economic slaves through taxation, secured by their pledges. 


They will be stripped of their rights and given a commercial value designed to make us a profit and they will be none the wiser, for not one man in a million could ever figure our plans and, if by accident one or two would figure it out, we have in our arsenal plausible deniability.


After all, this is the only logical way to fund government, by floating liens and debt to the registrants in the form of benefits and privileges.  This will inevitably reap to us huge profits beyond our wildest expectations and leave every American a contributor or to this fraud which we will call "Social Insurance." 


Without realizing it, every American will insure us for any loss we may incur and in this manner; every American will unknowingly be our servant, however begrudgingly.  The people will become helpless and without any hope for their redemption and, we will employ the high office of the President of our dummy corporation to foment this plot against America."


Paul Verge then notes:


"If you can decipher what this means, you will truly understand a massive piece of the Global Agenda.
Essentially, House's quote illuminates the multiple "need" for imposing Legal Person's status upon us by the Satanic (Ego Worshipping) Elite.


The 'Strawman', also known as the Legal Person or Natural Person is the idea that a Fictitious Legal Entity, called a PERSON, exists for purposes of Law and Commerce.


This PERSON is similar to a Company or Corporation in that it exists as a construct of the imagination - it has no real body, and no soul to save, but for legal purposes, carries similar rights and attributes to that of a Human Man or Woman."

The Fundamentals of Lawful Rebellion

You'll find a short and concise summary of the truth regarding arbitration, statutes, authority, orders, permissions, promises, money and fraud. All of which form the basis of Lawful Rebellion.

Welcome to the final newsletter of the year - the end of the first year of the British Constitution Group's activity. I know things have not moved as quickly as some of you would like, and that some people are still having issues with the website (an update is coming!), but we have achieved a lot this year. None of it could have been done without your help, so we'd like to start off by giving our thanks to our activists and supporters.


WHAT HAS BEEN ACHIEVED SO FAR?

BCG members and associated groups have published three quarters of a million newspapers, given hundreds of talks, started the national campaign to report Treason at police stations, run three major conferences each attended by over 400 people, networked together a wide range of activist groups, including overseas, started 70 local BCG groups run by the "first point of contact", distributed thousands of DVDs, made appearances on television and radio and set up several new websites and local initiatives.

In these difficult times it is not easy to be optimistic, but in the last six months we have seen a step change in people's realisation that something is wrong, and they are becoming hungry for the truth.
